Heather Iraida is a New York–born fashion executive, brand strategist, and founder working at the intersection of fashion, culture, and commerce.

Raised on Manhattan’s Lower East Side, her relationship with fashion began with her Puerto Rican grandmother, a seamstress who introduced her to craftsmanship and personal style.

Over the past decade, Heather has built a career spanning global fashion licensing, brand partnerships, and strategic growth. Today, she manages a global product licensing portfolio at Calvin Klein and holds an M.S. in Strategic Marketing from Fordham University.

Her next chapter focuses on encouraging investment in Puerto Rican talent and creating meaningful pathways into the fashion industry.
